Client Concerns
This client presented with post-pregnancy peri-oral dermatitis, a red rash that circled her mouth. The skin was dry, flaky, red, and inflamed with swollen bumps called papules. During flare ups, her skin would itch or burn. The client had tried various dermatologist prescriptions without success.
Treatment Plan
- 3 x Optiphi Glycolic Peels
- 3 x Dermaceutic Milk Peels
- Dermaceutic homecare routine
- Treatment period of 2 months
Results
Her skin is in a much better state of equilibrium with her barrier intact and stronger. The redness, dryness, and inflamed state of the skin has dissipated & the client feels a lot more comfortable. With ongoing maintenance treatments and homecare, flare ups are under control.
